Jam & Bread

A weekly contact improvisation jam. The first hour is held by Noa: scores and invitations, a page read from Lake Studios’ collection of Contact Quarterly, a video, a question to write to, a meditation. Then the jam opens. Outside the studio: bread, still warm.

Midday Monday

A weekly contact improvisation jam at Studio 2, Kunstquartier Bethanien, co-hosted with Yoad Lieder. An open, unguided but held space to explore movement through touch, improvisation and weight sharing. Respect for everyone’s wishes and boundaries comes first; the hosts are around throughout for questions and thoughts. Now and then there are live musicians and a short warm-up. Winter camp

Four days at Lake Studios around the solstice, hosted by Noa. Mornings start with practices: yoga with Maya Schwartz, release and floorwork with Ofir Shabtay Levin, meditation and poetry with Noa. The jams have live music by Ori Di Vincenzo; Yael Spinat gives an astrology lecture and workshop.
