Bodywork

One-to-one sessions in the Ilan Lev method and Shiatsu, in a studio in Kreuzberg. The Ilan Lev method works with movement and gentle, rhythmic manipulation of the body to release holding patterns and restore ease; Noa is a graduate of the method’s practitioner course. Shiatsu works with pressure and stretch along the body’s meridians.

A session lasts an hour to an hour and a half and costs 60–90 €. At the clinic in Kreuzberg, or at your home.
